Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The competition unless stated is organised by Go See This c/o All About Audiences, Green Fish Resource Centre, 46-50 Oldham Street, Manchester, M4 1LE.
2. Rules specific to each competition are displayed within each competition page. Where the specific competition rules conflict with these terms and conditions then the specific competition rules will apply.
3. Go See This reserves the right to cancel or amend a competition and the competition terms and conditions at anytime.
4. In the event of a dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a competition, the decision of Go See This will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
5. Entries are limited to one per person.
6. Competitions are only open to residents of the United Kingdom, and you are not entitled to enter the competition if you are resident outside the United Kingdom.
6. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
7. Where the prize may not be appropriate for a certain age group details will be displayed in the competition rules, and these must be observed.
8. Competition entry is free, and entrants are not required to register with Go See This in order to enter our competitions.
9. By entering a competition you will not be opting-in to Go See This. We reserve to right however to send you electronic communications specific to any competitions you enter.
10. Winners will be notified by email within 72 business hours of the competition deadline.
11. Competition deadlines are displayed in UK time.
12. Details of competition winners are available on request. Go See This reserves the right to publish the names of winners and their town/city of residence on the website (see section 15).
13. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
14. Jurisdiction – These competition rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
15. Should the hosting organisation require winners to take part in promotional activity, or where their personal details, other than just their name and town/city of residence, are to be published, this requirement will be expressly displayed with the specific competition rules.
16. Employees of any company involved in the competition are not eligible to enter. Go See This has the right not to award a prize(and to select an alternative winner) if it is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible.
