Band on the Wall, Manchester's legendary live music venue where bands such as Joy Division, The Fall and Simply Red performed their very first gigs, presents a world-class programme of live music featuring the best of funk, soul, folk, blues, jazz, reggae and world music. Once a month it also plays host to some of the city’s best club nights including the legendary Mr Scruff's Keep It Unreal. Following a £4m refurbishment, the venue has great new facilities including comfortable seating, state-of-the-art sound system and a brand new café bar serving a wide selection of drinks, real ales and home cooked food - the perfect choice for a great night out in Manchester city centre.
