Having seen the first film recently I couldn't wait to see this. Unlike the previous reviewer I have not read the books but still found the plot easy to follow - although there was a sense that some parts of the back story were missing. Noomi Rapace is excellent once again as Lisbeth – the actors in the planned American remake will have a lot to live up to.

The Girl Who ....remains fabulously unhollywoody. Casting great, especially Noomi Rapace, and performances strong. The adaptation of novel to screen however is so stripped out of plot (and relationships backstory) that if you haven't read the book then it must be very bewildering to watch.
